Looking for my 1979 trans am that had the 403 . I bought it from a dealer in New Jersey in 1986 on rte 46. Black w black interior, Automatic. The only mods I did to it were headers and I had to wrap them bc the heat kept burning out the starter. I live in nyc and sold it to a guy from the Bronx I believe in 1991. Still searching for the vin #. It had an override button under the dash when the starter over heated and a dent in the drivers door you can see in the picture. I’d buy it back tomorrow.
