NOAA's National Hurricane Center (NHC) says Tropical Storm Harvey (now a hurricane) -- shown here in this 1-minute visible imagery captured by GOES-16 earlier today -- is strengthening quickly and is forecast to become a major hurricane when it approaches the middle Texas coast. Harvey is located about 365 miles south-southeast of Corpus Christi, Texas, and moving toward the north-northwest near 10 miles per hour.
