Today marks the one-year anniversary of the deadly devastating floods in middle Tennessee. Waverly, Tennessee was one of the hardest hit areas. Between midnight and 10:00 a.m. on August 21, 2021, roughly 10-15 inches of rain fell in less than 12-hours. Our department immediately responded to assist the communities impacted.
